There are two options to search for a patient.

     1. Enter First Name and/or Last Name in the header at the top of your screen' and click       . You may also leave blank and                 just click the search icon         for the advanced search options. If you only enter a first name or last name you will see a list           of patients that match the selected criteria. Select your patient from the list provided and the Patient Lookup screen will                 open.

         

         If you have opened the advanced patient history search you can search patients by HICN or MBI number or Patient First                 Name, Last Name and Date of Birth (DOB).

     2. Click on 'Care' in the header and choose 'Patient History Search.' The advanced search option box will open. As above you               can search by Patient HICN or MBI number or Patient First Name, Last Name and Date of Birth (DOB).
