Visuals Landing Page
Visual Filters
For many users the Visuals page is your default landing page when you login. If this is not your landing page you can access the visuals by clicking on the Analytics tab at the top of your menu bar and clicking on the Executive Overview Visuals option.
The first option will be to select your default filters. Lost Revenue is your default visual as a system default. You can update to as many default visuals as you would like. Once your defaults have been selected, the next time you login or select this page, your default visuals will automatically run.
1. Select Visuals: Click in the drop down to select the additional charts you would like to view or you may click 'Select All' to view all charts.

2. Patient Population: Select the payer population you want to view. The page will default to your Medicare Population.

3. Year of Service: Click in the drop down to choose the year of claims data you want to view. e.g., selecting 2023 will show claims from 2023 calendar year. Year of Service is intended to display the data for the year selected. To select patients, use the Effective Period dropdown.

4. Effective Period: Select the period for the patients you want to view e.g., the active/attributed patients during that period. Effective periods apply to Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs), Primary Care First (PCF), and Direct Contracting Entity (DCE) but not commercial populations as it shows only the most recently imported membership list. Effective Period is intended to display patients for the time period selected and the current year of data unless the Year of Service is changed to a different year.

5. Division: View data for a selected division(s), groups of facilities setup in a group, created in Network Manager.

6. TIN Name: View data for a selected Individual Facilities designated by a Tax Identification Number (TIN). A facility is a single TIN with access to all provider data under the TIN.

7. SubGroup Name: View data for a selected SubGroup, groups of NPIs setup in a group, created in the Network Manager.
8. NPI: View data for a selected NPI, individual providers within the organization. A provider or NPI is the specific provider billing under the given National Provider Identifier.

9. Once you have completed your filter selections click the 'Go' button to generate selected reports.
Historical Benchmark Leakage
The Historical Benchmark Leakage chart shows Benchmark Leakage for current month and YTD with a goal of 85% by the end of the year. Hover over a section of the chart to see Benchmark Leakage value for each month. Click on a section of the chart to drill to a patient list for further review.
Historical Recapture Rate
The Historical Recapture Rate chart shows recapture rate for current month and YTD with a goal of 85% by the end of the year. The first bar shows the recapture rate goal for the month. The second bar shows your current YTD recapture rate. And the third bar shows recapture rate for the month selected. Hover over a section of the chart to see recapture rate percentage and number of patients for each month. There is an option to 'Click here' below the chart that drills to a Quick Report with a patient list for additional review.
Lost Revenue
The Lost Revenue chart shows users a quick overview of revenue lost by incomplete patient encounters for Annual Wellness Visit, Colorectal Cancer Screening and Mammogram for the chosen population. Hover over the Orange incomplete bar to see an estimated Lost Revenue dollar value. Clicking on a bar in the chart will drill down to the Recurring Visit Status quick report with a patient list for additional review.
Medicare Projections
The Medicare Projections chart shows Medicare estimated performance projections comparison of current year and previous year.
Out of Network DRG
The Out of Network DRG chart shows top Out-of-Network DRG encounters. Hover over a section of the chart to see potential revenue lost in each category. Click on a section of the chart to drill to a patient list for further review.
Out of Network Spend Facility Type
The Out of Network Spend Facility Type chart shows top Out-of-Network encounters by Facility Type. Hover over a section of the chart to see potential lost revenue in each category. Click on a section of the chart to drill to a patient list for further review.
Out of Network Spend Procedure
The Out of Network Spend Procedure chart shows top Out-of-Network Procedure encounters. Hover over a section of the chart to see potential lost revenue in each category. Click on a section of the chart to drill to a patient list for further review.
Probability High Cost Encounter
The Probability High Cost Encounter chart uses the NCQA predictability models for Acute Hospital Utilization (AHU) and Emergency Room Encounters. Hover over a section of the chart to see number of patients in each category. Click on a section of the chart to drill to a patient list for further review.
Provider Benchmark Performance
The Provider Benchmark Performance chart gives an overview of providers that are exceeding, predicted to exceed or under benchmarks. Hover over a section of the chart to view number of providers in each section. Clicking on a section of the chart will drill to the Analytics Dashboard with additional information for selected providers.
Recapture Rate
The Recapture Rate chart gives an overview of providers and their recapture rate. Hover over a section of the chart to view number of providers in each section. Clicking on a section of the chart will drill to the Analytics Dashboard with additional information for selected providers.
Social Determinants of Health
The Social Determinants of Health chart shows patient social determinants of health (SDOH) tracked by coded Z codes in claims data. Hover over a section of the chart to see number of patients in each category. Click on a section of the chart to drill to a patient list for further review.
Top 20 Providers-Benchmark Leakage
The Top 20 Providers-Benchmark Leakage chart displays providers with the highest benchmark leakage. Clicking on a bar will drill down to the HCC Coding Impact report with patient level details for selected provider. If you hover over a bar you will see the providers full name and total Benchmark Leakage amount. The chart shows providers initials for reference.
